While you may be more comfortable sitting back and letting your coworkers do the talking, you’ll miss out on important opportunities to demonstrate leadership, express your thoughts, and collaborate with others, if you don't learn to voice your ideas and opinions. Speaking up can be less intimidating than you think. Sometimes it just takes a little forethought and practice.

In this micro course, you’ll learn some common barriers that may be preventing you from speaking up. And you’ll leave with six strategies for removing these barriers while increasing your visibility, boosting your confidence, sharing ideas, and voicing disagreement in your next meeting.
