Pam Green is an industry leader when it comes to executive development and advancement.

Consistently voted one of DC’s top 20 executive coaches, and with more than 30 years of leadership experience, Pam Green is a powerhouse for engaging leaders, executives, and their boards. Today, Pam works with each tier of leadership (leaders, executives, and boards) to help them achieve their professional and organizational competitive advantage.

Pam’s approachable style as a speaker, facilitator, and coach allows her to create a psychologically safe environment for her clients to make transformative and sustainable shifts in their conduct, attitude, and behavior.

Pam holds certifications as an Internal Conflict Coach (ICC), an SPHR from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and her MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, and is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Management to continue to lead dynamic organizations through complex challenges.

Do I need to purchase one of Pam's branding books to enroll or complete any part of the program?

No. You are not required to purchase anything additional to enroll or complete the program. 

What is a coach development learning program like?

An interactive coach development program is a dynamic, hands-on learning experience designed to elevate your leadership skills and capabilities. Unlike traditional coaching programs, this approach actively engages you in the learning process through real-world application, collaboration, and feedback. 

Here's what it typically includes:

Practical Application:
You'll learn foundational coaching theories and techniques, but the focus is on practicing these skills in live scenarios. Role-plays, case studies, and live coaching sessions are core components, helping you apply what you learn immediately.

Tailored Feedback:
One of the most valuable aspects is receiving personalized feedback from an experienced coach. This helps you refine your style, address blind spots, and grow in confidence.

Ongoing Reflection and Growth:
Through journaling, self-assessments, and reflection exercises, you’ll deepen your understanding of your leadership approach and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Immersive Tools and Techniques:
The program often incorporates innovative tools like micro-learning modules, interactive platforms, and real-time coaching to enhance engagement and retention.

Will I learn at my own pace?

Sort of. Each program is designed to cover a minimum of three to six month engagement. We encourage a consistent cadence of coaching and development to maximize your experience. If you're unable to commit to a minimum of two coaching sessions per month, plus any agreed upon homework, you might not be ready for this program.  

What types of assignments do you give?

You will be asked to practice new skills. You are always in the driver's seat and you will get to identify the best ways to get in that practice time. 

How long does each program take?

Our coaching development programs are designed to engage most clients between three and six months. Some are longer, but never less than three months. Expect to engage your coach for one hour twice per month. Expect to engage for about 6-months to earn a micro-credential.

How much does each program cost?

Each customized program is about the cost of a typical coaching package with an experienced coach. 

How do I use the program to obtain recertification credits for a credential?

Many of our clients have credentials that require them to recertify every few years. We offer badges and certificates of completion that you can apply toward your recertification credits. It's just that easy.
