Q1 Who can access the ThinkSuite™ Studio?
Access is reserved for coaching, consulting, workshop,
and Executive Mastery clients of Pamela J. Green Solutions. Every eligible
client receives lifetime access to the Lifetime Collection. Select leaders
may also be invited for temporary Guest Pass access.
Q2 What’s the difference between the Core and the Premium Collection?
The Lifetime Collection includes foundational tools, reflection guides, and essential frameworks — yours to keep as a valued client. The Premium Collection expands your learning with ongoing content, including new micro-videos, advanced diagnostics, scenario decks, and exclusive tools.
Q3 Do I need to pay for the Lifetime Collection?
No. Lifetime Collection access is included with eligible client engagements (coaching, consulting, workshops, or Executive Mastery) and is yours for life.
Q4 How do I get access to the Premium Collection?
The Premium Collection is available through an annual subscription. If you renew annually, you keep your Client Loyalty Rate locked in and continue to receive all new updates.
Q5 What happens if I don’t renew?
You’ll always retain lifetime access to your Lifetime Collection. To rejoin the Premium Collection after a lapse, you may subscribe at the standard rate.
Q6 Does my subscription belong to me or my company?
Individual coaching clients: The subscription belongs to you
personally and follows you throughout your career.
Team/organization clients: The subscription belongs to the
organization, with up to 5 logins per plan (custom options available for
larger groups).
Q7 Is my Client Loyalty Rate guaranteed?
Yes. As long as you renew annually, your rate is locked in — no surprises.
Q8 What’s included for VIP Guest Pass holders?
Guest Pass holders receive temporary access (7–14 days) to a select sample of resources from the Premium Collection. Full access to both the Lifetime and Premium Collection is reserved for clients.
